The rooms are the most expensive but include access to the club lounge and a personal concierge service there to help you every step of the way. As you exit the elevator a large open area serves as the concierge lounge and overlooks the lobby.

Some services that they can assist guests with are dining reservations itinerary planning transportation recreation activities and account settlements. Concierge rooms are located throughout the resort and there are some deluxe villa rooms that have access to concierge services as well. Of all the concierge lounges we ve seen this one probably has the best view of them all. The animal kingdom s kilimanjaro club lounge is located on the 6th floor of the resort. The resort has its own savannahs and guests staying in a savannah view room can literally view the animals from their balconies. Kilimanjaro club concierge rooms at disney u2019s animal kingdom villas u2013 jambo house are available for booking.

Access to the lounge is restricted to club level guests who have to touch their magic band in the elevator to access the sixth floor. A date has not been determined when those amenities will reopen.
